41. Other Rules Applicable to the Application for Dismissal. Sections 65 to 75 of this regulation apply, with the necessary modifications, to applications for the dismissal of an appeal.
An appellant who wishes to file documents with the Court in support of its oral contestation of an application for the dismissal of an appeal shall do so no later than 5 working days prior to the hearing date for the application and shall, within the same time limit, notify a copy thereof to the other party.
